We have just returned from 16 wonderful days in Vietnam together with another 2 couples. We made a reservation for a private couple trip at a 5-star level. I have to say that in the beginning I was very skeptical about how it would work. The trip was excellent, the pace was appropriate and not packed with pressure, the places we visited were interesting and beautiful. A guide and a driver were waiting everywhere and everything worked like a Swiss watch. In Hanoi, we were invited by the local representative to visit the office. She welcomed us warmly and gave us a personal gift. She even remembered that it was my wife's birthday and made sure to send a bouquet of flowers to the hotel.
All the hotels were of a high standard as we expected including the room on the ship which was amazing. We booked a 5 star trip and got a 5 star trip
